The story of your data
With regards to internet data, we do not use cookies.
With regards to marketing activity, we will not be creating newsletters, mailshots or approaching buyers and therefore will not be retaining any contact information.
Your rights
You have the right to contact us and ask about the status of your data processing.
You have the right to correct the contact data we hold on you before we delete it.
Your have the right to ask for the contact information to be deleted any at time.
If the data we hold on you is incorrect, then you have the right to ask us not to use it until it has been corrected.
You have the right to ask us to transfer your details onto another company you prefer to deal with.
You have the right to remind us not to use your data for marketing activities.
We do not use automated decision making and your data is not subject to this, but you have the right to remind us not to use it in this way.
If you have contacted us about any of the above points, then your data relating to this correspondence will held on a secure computer for a month before its deletion. All letters and emails will be printed out and held in a secure folder for a year before being shredded. The aforementioned rights will apply to such new data processing.
